No Dialing Tone

No dial tone on the house phone for a few days. No faults reported in the area so ran tests from website and also from automated helpdesk. No feedback from the latter. Would love to speak to a person to resolve. I’m rapidly reaching the point of cancellation!

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear your phone line isn't working at the moment, have you tried unplugging everything from the phone line and try another handset only, a basic plug in phone if you have one ?
