Really sorry to hear of the landline issues you're currently experiencing, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware of this via the forums.
Do you know how long this has been an issue for? Have you tried an alternate handset to see if this resolves the issue? If you have a different wall socket, can you also try the handset in there for us and see if this also resolves the issue?
The problem has been going on for about 3 weeks. It seems to work as soon as an engineer is booked and then we cancel the engineer and a few days later the phone line goes wrong again. I've have tried a different hand set and there is no dial tone.
