I am unable to speak with anyone regarding this so come here to see if I could get an answer. I have had no landline now for nearly two weeks.
I have had no switchover email so am still on the old cable in the wall. Could this be why i have no dial tone? You only get an automated service when you call the number that doesn't resolve anything.
