No Dial Tone

Phone stopped working during a call, now no dial tone and message on phone screen says Check Phone Line, done this all connections are fine, but nothing working

Sorry to hear your phone has abruptly stopped working and you now have no dial tone. I've taken a look at things on our end and your landline is showing and Uncontactable. So I can assist further in getting this sorted, I'm going to pop you a private message.
