I have no dial tone and have checked by plugging a different phone into the socket - still no tone. When I receive incoming calls I just hear clicking noises - any ideas?

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your landline.
I was able to locate your account and there are no outages for this, so will need to get you a tech booked.

I am also having the same trouble as OP. Checked service area status and its all okay and also ran the test and that seems fine.
I am connecting via the Hub.
I've noticed the same issue this evening. Notice 5 missed calls on the display, no dial.tone.
Have tried a corded phone, which will dial out but nothing comes in still
