Hey, I have no dial tone on my home phone. I have also checked by using a spare phone and this also does not have a dial tone.
Online, I am unable to book an engineer so it this something that can be done on here?

Yes, I already checked if there were any issues and it did not have any.
When it took me through to scheduling an engineer it states online:
"We can't take bookings online right now. We can still offer appointments over the phone. Please call us"
I don't really want to wait for over an hour on my mobile phone just to schedule an engineer.
