No Dial Tone

Hi - not sure if anyone can help (but have seen similar issues posted on here) but we have had no dial tone on our phone line for a while now - phone shows "check phone line" on its screen. Have tried a different phone to see if that was the issue but that doesn't work either - still no dial tone. Broadband is fine no issues there.

Have a Hub 3.0 and the phone plugs in to that via an adaptor/filter.

 Any help or advice would be appreciated .

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry you've been having some issues with the landline, this isn't good. 

I've had a look into the back end of things and can see that the team have raised this to our second line faults team and they'll be keeping an eye on it over the next 24 hours.
