I am having issues with my phone line; I have carried out the 'run test' but it cannot find a fault.
Website informs me, you cannot book Home visits online and to call us.
I have done this and at the end of the automated conversation tells me customer service centres are closed and to book online!
An endless loop.
My phone line fault is no dial tone at all, it is plugged into a wall socket, I have tried a different phone in the socket, but still no dial tone. My neighbours Virgin home phone work okay.
I had the same problem a few months ago and the engineer fixed the fault from the Virgin box at the end of the street. Broadband and TV seem to be fine, so I need an Engineer to visit again.
Any help would be much appreciated
