I am sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your landline service.
I have ran a quick check for your area and have been unable to locate any known issues.
Have you tried an alternative handset on the line?
Also, can you please check if all the connection to the equipment are secure with no damage and finger tight?
I have checked all the connections and bought a new handset which also doesn't work - when I called you yesterday before being cut off they ran a test and said there was an issue...
