No Dial Tone - Annoyed

I have Virgin Media Internet and Landline for 3 months.

 

  • Internet has been fine.
  • Got a landline handset last week. No dial tone from the wall or when the phone is plugged in to the Hub.
  • Today still no dial tone, after spending a total of 2 hrs speaking to customer services, who do not have a clue. I work a lot so I have no time to spend all my time on the phone, to get no solution.
  • Seems like this is a common problem on this forum, anyone got any solutions? I'm getting really annoyed!

Any help would be great.
