Caller display stopped working 7 days ago.called virgin they checked line said they have turned it back on .but Still not working so called again said they have checked line and ok so it must be fault with my own handset phone so bought a new phone STILL no caller display with new phone please advise

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your caller ID, I can see that it is active but I can remove and re-add to see if this helps.
I will pop you a PM and we can go from there, keep an eye out for the purple envelope.
