Account Number: removed
Had this problem for a while contacted virgin a couple of times and still problem persists,
bought a new phone and still no caller ID. Please Help

Sorry to hear about your issues with Caller ID. Its a Premium call feature which you can add via your My Virgin Media account. You can see more information about landline call features here: Landline Calling Features | Virgin Landline and here: Landline call features | Virgin Media Help.
