Hope someone can shed light on this. We've had no caller ID working for more than a month. We had the line repaired so it's been off since around then. Engineer has called and said it's working when he connects his phone and it's switched on at Virgin's end so it must be the handset. I bought this new handset 3 weeks ago and I've connected it to my sister's line and the caller ID is working so it's not the handset. What do I do now then?
