No adaptor yet, despite letter to say it has been sent (and that VM have been trying to get in touch) and date of 1 December for switch to fibre. Can't get hold of Virgin through helpline nor app either. Very frustrating.

Yes VM email said that the adapter has to be plugged into our Hub, then phone cable has to be plugged into adapter.

Yes - It works now but have been warned that it won't work after 1st December without the adapter.

Any ideas about procuring one when it is impossible to contact VM directly (and they suggest this forum to resolve difficulties)?
