No adaptor yet, despite letter to say it has been sent (and that VM have been trying to get in touch) and date of 1 December for switch to fibre. Can't get hold of Virgin through helpline nor app either. Very frustrating.

To confirm, are you referring to the one for the your phone into your hub?
