Fibre phone changeover supposedly last Tuesday. New jackplug sent does not fit the junction box. The box was installed by Comcast before virgin took over. Engineer booked to come this morning….has not come. I have therefore have I have had no landline since Tuesday. I am over 75 and need this service. I have endured the circles of hell that is the online help service to no avail.
