New hub upgrade

Hi I was told by email that I would need to upgrade my hub due to them moving from phone landlines to fibre network and I should receive a letter about it but I have not received a single thing from virgin about this about from the email has anyone else had this and also my bill keeps getting increased monthly so I'm thinking of leaving if they ever let me

Hey CarlCalvert, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear you haven't got your new hub, I can help with this.

Also with the billing,  I would check here for some deals here you can also give your 30 days’ notice you can do it  by just sending a WhatsApp with a description of the cancellation to +447305 327 112 or you can send a letter to Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA
