This is really frustrating how complicated it is trying to get a new hub for my landline due to the switchover and having to resort to joining a forum to get an answer - well done Virgin! No easy option via the website and the phone line/number to contact from the email I received just results in a text message as it’s always ‘busy’ and I’ve been trying for well over a week now. Anyway rant over can someone get in touch to help me get one of these please.?
