On 11 October your current home phone service will stop working and be switched over to our fibre network. We will send you an adapter in the post which you’ll need to use to connect your home phone to your WiFi Hub so you can make and receive phone calls over our fibre network. |
What you need to do |
Keep an eye out for the adapter. It'll come with simple step-by-step instructions to help you get it set up. You’ll need to do this on or after 11 October.

Thanks for posting on our community forums. If you've requested your landline to be fully disconnected from your package and no longer have this as part of your deal, we will not send the adaptor out to you.
Did you request cancellation of your landline around the same time this letter/email was sent out to you? If so, it may just have crossed over with your disconnection request.

No we've kept the phone line as it makes our bundle cheaper we where told

As long as your phone remains active you will receive the adaptor and your line will be converted, as you have already advised you don't use it you don't have to do anything your end however you may need a technician to switch you over at some point, if you do wish to discuss your options again You will need to speak to our Customer Relations team directly. You can call them on 0345 454 1111 option 1,4 then 4 again, by messaging us on 0753 305 1809.
