New customer landline not ringing

Just transferred a couple of days ago to virgin anc retaining my landline number. Landline can be used to make calls, but when you ring the landline, phone doesn’t ring. Checked handset it’s not on silent.

My apologies for the phone issue. I've checked the system and there's a port order due to be completed. If you log in to your account at this link then you'll be able to check the date.

Thanks for the quick response. I tried the link and I couldn’t not see where I find the date for porting. I am probably not looking at the right place. I am worried with missed calls as can hear the phone ring.
