I have a Virgin phone socket but it has never had a dial tone. For years. So with the new hub it says to connect the phone to the router with an adapter but it wasn’t included in the box. Can you please send me one

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your landline services.
I have just taken a quick look into this for you, It dose show that you are on the traditional landline. Having said that, as you don't have a dial tone, we are going to need to get an engineer out to you.
