I've received the new adaptor for the house phone but as my hub is in a different room and far away from the original phone line. This won't work.
Solutions please.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue with the location of your phone and Hub
I'd like to take a look into this for you and arrange for an engineer to come out and look at a resolution.
