I had to make a change my account back at end of February and part of the package was receiving a new phone number.
I was expecting to receive a letter with the new phone number but haven't received anything, and I'm still not getting any dial tone. I've tested the phone in a friends house so its not an issue with that.
Would it be possible for someone to have a look into this and check the phone line has actually been activated since the switch?
