I received a letter today stating been trying to get in touch about changeover and date of 24th November.

I have not received an adapter yet in posr, when does this get sent out.

Thank you for raising your landline query regarding the upcoming changes to your landline services, we appreciate you taking the time to make us aware via the forums and welcome to the community.

 

As you have been notified we are in the process of altering landlines to work via the Hub as opposed to wall sockets. As you have mentioned this requires an adapter to use in the TEL1 port on the back of your Hub, these are sent out prior to the change date. 

 

If you would like us to look into this further please let us know 🙂

My date is very soon and no adapter yet, any help would be great.

Thanks for coming back to us @Jimbob721, the adaptor should be with you before the switch over date.

Please allow us approximately 3-5 working days to have this delivered to you.

If nothing has been received by this time next week, we'll be best placed to arrange for this to be sent out to you

Still no adapter and new phonline starts next Monday.

I know a lot of people with Virgin locally who are the same date as me and also don't have adapter yet.

Can this be sent out please.
