I received an e mail and phoned 150 for my new hub 5.
She said three times it would be delivered on September 24th, three times made me think she knew what she had said. 24th was Sunday. She then said three times it will activate on the 26th. It arrived on the 26th. I wasted all Sunday for nothing.
The internet works but my phone is completely dead. Nothing.
Why is this? Is there another date for this?

Did you read my message? I said I got it on the 26th.
I was asking why my phone doesn't work on the new hub, or is that in January when fibre is active?
