New Hub 4 arrived and internet fine but phone not working
I did check out the other threads before posting this and have exhausted all the options.
Checked all connections.
Re-booted hub many times
accessed the Hub settings and it says ' Telephony disabled'
FAult checker says cannot help me need to contact Virgin media, but the same issues everyone else has of not being able to get through to anyone (Especially as my landline now does not work so having to use my mobile phone)...
So frustrating as Hub 3 worked fine and the landline had no problems.
My landline phone is also new less than a month old and worked fine with Hub 3.
I was hoping I could change the settings to enable the phone, but no option for this so must be Virgin that does it at their end. Cannot understand why they would send me a Hub with this disabled?
And yes it was supposed to be delivered Friday and Virgin delayed it to yesterday. HELP
