Seems to have worked out perfectly fine for me 😄 cant believe new customers even get hassle off community members

Hub3 installed 2 weeks ago. Phone worked fine then lost the internet on Monday 10th August. Virgin sent  a new Hub 3 which came yesterday fantastic. Installed the new Hub 3 now got internet but now no landline. Tried 3 handsets various combinations of the cable and adapter several reboots followed by a hard reset still no dial tone.
