We had 21CV connection installed today. When the engineer connected it there was no dial tone.
He said it would take 24 hours to be activated (I've heard that a couple of times when things dont work, in the past (it always requires a second visit)) I wondered if it matters that the hub is in modem mode, not router mode. The engineer rebooted the hub but did not take it out of modem mode.
