Neighbours either side show as able to get VM fivre, but we can't. Please help...fed up with Sky

Hello.

Can someone from VM get in touch.

The post code shows as not available but house on left and right of the flat does have access and desperately need faster Internet and to get away from Sky.

Please call our sales team on 0800 183 1234, we can look into the possibility of sending a spotter out for you to investigate the network cabling

Hello 

The sales team could not help as they can't even find my post code - it is a new build but neighbours different post code, same street get VM.

Please can someone DM me to try and get this sorted so a spotter can come out etc.
