Had the text message and email a few weeks ago informing us that the Fibre Phone switchover will be happening for us on Monday 18 March 2024 - replied to the text message with CALLBACK as advised but have not heard anything after a few weeks, would someone be able to schedule the engineer appointment for us for that date (or another suitable one if it doesn't have to be done on the day) please? We have 3 phones plugged into extension points (one on each floor), none of which are in the same room as the Hub (which we do not want moved), so will need the changes made that are apparently possible to make this setup work with the Fibre Phone service, if the engineer can that is booked to attend can be made aware of that requirement please.

Thanks for posting 🙂 due to the time frame on this don't worry. You'll receive a phone adapter nearer the time and at the point we can arrange an engineer visit for any work needed.

Ok thanks - the contact we had implied you would come back to us now to arrange it if we replied CALLBACK - how far before will it be possible to arrange the engineer visit then and will we be contacted to schedule it or will we have to contact you again? Concerned that we want to keep the setup we have and this won't work with the default Fibre phone setup as none of our phones will be connected to the Hub.

Thanks for coming back to us sm3000, you would need to get in touch with us to arrange the visit but you can do that here closer to the time as we wouldn't be able to arrange the visit at the moment.
