The subject says it all, really. I need to port my BT number to my VM landline. I have tried calling Customer Services, but, so far, have been on hold for ridiculous durations - today, so far, 45 minutes, with no clue as to how long until I speak to someone.
Is there another route to achieve this? It's very simple. I'm the account holder for both numbers, and they are both at the same address.
Weekends are about the worst time to call, as a lot of customers are not working & decide to call then. Offshore support in India is still virtually non existent, which would normally take the overflow. Try calling from 8am Monday & you have more chance of getting through.
