called virgin on 19/4 to advise I had lost phone, tv and Wi-Fi. Engineer arranged for next week but clearly was a local area issue which has now been fixed. The appointment made is not showing in the section where any bookings would show. How do I cancel the appointment even though it’s not showing? Don’t want to be high with a wasted visit and me being charged £25!!! Help please
