Need to add a phone package to my new Virgin broadband package thats in progress
I am a new Virgin media customer having only signed up to a new broadband account at the end of last week. However, when I went to cancel my Sky broadband, they informed me that they would need to cancel voice as well. I mistakenly thought they could be kept separate as they are itemised separately on the bill.
So, to keep my existing phone number, I urgently need to have a phone package added to my new order. Given the current situation though its proving very hard to get in touch with the right parties, and to be honest I am not to enamored with the website options so far.
