What kind of phone are you referring to? If you are referring to a landline phone, you would need to buy a replacement. VM does not supply basic landline phones to customers as part of its landline packages.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

As goslow has advised, because this seems to be within the 21Cv forum section, we don't provide landline replacements I'm afraid.

Can you explain how your service is set up?
