Ordered Virgin Broadband, and will get the quickstart box soon. However the flat I have just moved into has not got the correct wall sockets. All the call centers are down and the help on the virgin media website is no help. Any help will be appreciated.

I'd recommend contacting on 0345 454 1111 tomorrow morning and speak to someone from Pre Installations to see what they say, alternatively you can wait for a member of Staff to reply here within the next few days.
