My phone line is dead & I do not have an adapter. I rang VM on Sunday 20 Nov, the day before switchover date, and said I hadn't received my adaptor yet. She requested one for me but I haven't received it yet. I asked if I would be cut off on switchover day and she said not as she had put in this request. In spite of the reassurance we have been cut off. Can you check if my adaptor is on its way to me?
