Need a Replacement VOIP Phone Adapter
Have ordered twice by phoning customer service team but have been waiting almost a month and haven't received one.
Can anyone help?
Have had Virgin broadband and a VOIP landline for years but never actually plugged a landline in. I realised about 6 weeks ago that I now need to use a landline and when I went to go set it up I noticed that the wee adapter in the box was busted up and unusable.
Have spoken to the call centre twice (95 mins on the phone in total) to request a replacement. Told both times that it would be with me within a week. Now almost a month since the last call and still no sign of it.
I have an older disabled person at home who cant work a mobile phone so really need a landline set up ASAP.
Can anyone please help advise how I can get the VOIP adapter to plug in to the back of my router asap please?
