I had my Hub3 replaced quite a while ago and all was good. I have now done a lot of work to my living room and want to plug my telephone into my hub. I believe there should have been an adapter in the box but there never was one.
The main question to ask where was the phone line plugged into previously, as if was into a wall socket then the telephone sockets on the hub will not be activated and they would need enabling if you are in an area that is currently setup for the digital line, this is not possible currently in all areas and even if it is VM will only activate this feature due to fault or on new installs.
