Phone line was dead on Tuesday 7 December 2021 so engineer came on Saturday 11 December 2021 and fixed phone.
But on Tuesday 14 December 2021 phone was dead again so rang same engineer who fixed landline on Thursday 16 December 2021 but still no caller id or no 1471 working.
Was on live web chat and then on to phone tech both said reconnected at their end but still not working.
As our phones were working fine before phone went dead - no problem with our equipment.
Please can you sort this fault please.

Just to let you know I have working caller id and 1471 working again.

When the engineer attended they strip the call features back to the basics & they didn't put it back on when re-instated the line.
