I cannot use the ''phone and can't use NGT as I keep getting a 'fax' noise on the line when I call 0345 and 0800 numbers. I have been told by NGT helpdesk that my provider may have a block on using the 18001 prefix. If so can you remove it please.
I cannot contact you any other way. I have tried the SMS 3 times and you have not replied. I have also tried messaging you, but have missed you everytime - because of the delay (literally hours!) I cannot wait by my computer ALL day just incase you answer.
