My telephone number has not transferred from BT to Virgin Media
Last week, the VM technician said the number transfer from BT will take up to 7 days.
Today, I called VM to be told to call BT to keep the telephone number active for another month for an unknown reason. This means that I need to pay for a month of line rental and possibly other charges.
I've got a cancellation letter from BT starting that my services are ending on the 25/07/2020.
I do not feel convinced that I able to keep my number, and now I have to pay BT at the same time to keep the telephone line active
