Hi - My Old BT landline # has not come .across to my Virgin Land line - how do I expedite please?

Can you also please confirm if the number is still active with BT?

Hi. Yes I understand that it is active. Yes this was one of the main reasons I switched to virgin as this is my work number and I was told it would all happen at joining.
Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your number port looked into.
I have a couple of questions for you in order to get on the path to resolving this for you -
no I did not contact BT
yes I did ask at time of joining that I would need my number changed - was told virgin would take of it.
impossible to chat to land line team, please supply phone number so that I can call them
