Welcome to the forums and many thanks for your post. Removing the home phone services from your package may be possible, depending on what set-up you have for your broadband.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer package changes and downgrades via the forums if so, but if you want to remove this service our agents are on hand to help via either our messaging service on +44753 305 1809 or by giving them a call on 0345 454 1111 (150 from your VM landline). Those lines are open 8am - 8pm Mon - Sat and till 6pm on Sunday.
They'll be able to inform as to what's available in your particular situation 🙂
