My landline isn't working can I report online

My home phone isn't working and answering system doesn't seem to let me through. Can I register fault online?

Hi @Peterives thanks for your post although I'm sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.

I've ran some checks for you and it appears there is an outage causing a full loss of service at the moment, so I do apologise for this.

The estimated time of fix is: 25th October at 16:10.

Please let us know if things still aren't working after this time and we'll happily look into this again for you then.
