My landline is not working. Have been informed by someone trying to call me that the line is disconnected. I've changed phone, run checks and have no dial tone or connection. I need an engineer to fix this please. Apparently it hasn't worked for a while and I had not known. Phone is plugged into the wall socket which is very old and has an adapter. Please advise on how to resolve this issue. Thanks

I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your landline.
Are you a 21CV customer? If so the adaptor should be plugged into the hub.
You can check this by logging onto your my virgin media account.

The phone doesn't connect to the hub. It's an old bt socket which has an adapter plugged into it. Virgin didn't upgrade the socket on installation in 2018.
