Same thing happened 2 weeks ago when someone on the chatline fixed it by sending through a signal to reset things. Have been speaking today to various people on the chatline since 2:15 but they won’t help and say I need to phone. I only have a pay as you go phone so need to find some way of contacting someone online.

My phone did start working again yesterday evening after being off for most of the day. Thanks for the information, Nathan, I do wish this sort of information was on the check your status page instead of always telling me there is no issue. Is there any way of contacting virgin online to report a fault? It is very difficult when it is the landline that isn’t working. I know there is an 0345 number to ring but due to the long wait times to get through to a technical person I cannot really use this number from my pay as you go mobile.
