My landline has no dialling tone

Our landline has no dialling tone and when being rung by a different landline has an engaged tone.

Have tried to talk to Virgin faults but don't seem to get anywhere

HELP

Thanks for posting on our community forums. Sorry to hear that you have no dial on your landline, we understand the inconvenience and disruption this issue can cause.

 

Remotely looking from our end, we have located your account with the details you have provided from your community profile and can see your are being affected by an area fault.

 

Our engineers are aware and are working to fix the issue as quickly as possible. The estimated fi time for this will be 6pm today 14/06/21. There has been a faults ticket raised for this issue already.
