My landline has no dial tone

My landline has had no dial tone since yesterday and I can't receive calls either. I can't even book appointment for engineer without my phone

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having issues with your landline at the moment. 

I have been able to locate you on our system and can see that you have been able to get an appointment arranged for this to be fixed.
