My home phone line stopped working for over 2 weeks.
No Call comes in or goes out.
I have changed rechargeable batteries to new batteries and also bought new phone but no joy.
It indicates that there is an issue with the line.
Please give me some lights on this matter. Thank you.
It sounds like the issue might be outside, please send me a PM (info below) with your account number and area ref and I can have a look for you and book an engineer if needed.
