My home phone has never worked since signing up with Virgin
Thanks for posting. My apologies for the phone line issues. Can you expand on this for me as there's no issues showing when I check the system. Is the phone connected to the router?

It is. Plugged into the BT phone socket on the wall, it is not practical to plug into the router.
