My hub was installed before the due date but VM still have it set for installation tomorrow so the phone has been disconnected. I called the help line 2 hours ago and was told that it had been sorted and the phone would be connected within the hour. It is still not working.
An engineer called this morning and resolved the issue. It transpires that my account move to a new address had not been correctly completed on the system. Everything is now up and running and the engineer was also able to boost my wifi signal which is a great help.
